Yelp setup

Hostie can automatically book and manage reservations over the phone using Yelp. Follow this guide for setup.

Available with any of the following tiers: Premium, and Hospitality Plus

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Yelp guest manager
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click User Management in the left navigation menu (if this option is not available, you’ll need to complete the form on this share access request page to invite a new user)
  4. Click Invite a User
  5. Provide the new user’s email address; this is where we will send their invitation to manage the page
  6. Select the business and business location(s) for which they need access
  7. Click Send Invite
  8. Use the following credentials:
    1. Email address: Email address we provided
    2. First name: Jasmine
    3. Last name: Rice
    4. Title: Host
