OpenTable setup

Hostie can automatically book and manage reservations over the phone using OpenTable. Follow this guide for setup!

 

Available with any of the following tiers: Essential, Premium, and Hospitality Plus

Instructions

  1. Log in to your OpenTable guest center
  2. Open the menu, and go to Accounts
  3. Once in the Accounts page, click Create new user
  4. Use the following credentials:
    1. Email address: Email address we provided
    2. First name: Jasmine
    3. Last name: Hostie
    4. Title: Host
    5. Default roles:
      1. Front of house
      2. Guest Management / Relationship Management
  5. You’ll receive an email to activate the account. Please click activate.

  1. Log into OpenTable guest center and navigate to the ‘Accounts’ page

  2.  Click ‘Create new user’

  3. Use the details above. Do not check two-factor authentication.
